General Conditions
By using the services of Yates Y.T. (hereinafter "the company"), you agree to the following conditions. We recommend reading these terms carefully before making any reservation.
Reservations & Payments
Reservations are confirmed upon corresponding payment (deposit or full payment, depending on the tour). Spaces are limited and subject to availability at the time of booking. Payments can be made by bank transfer, credit card (Visa, Mastercard), or other enabled methods. By booking with Yates & Tours, you accept the specific terms and conditions of the selected tour.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation policies vary by tour. In general, reservations are non-refundable once confirmed. Date changes may be requested at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to availability. In case of no-show, no refunds will be issued. Please review the specific terms for each tour at the time of booking.
Tour-Specific Terms
Each tour has its own specific conditions that are displayed during the booking process. By completing a reservation, you confirm that you have read and accepted those specific terms.
Safety & Liability
Passenger safety is our priority. All participants must follow crew and safety personnel instructions at all times. The captain has full authority over navigation and may cancel or modify the itinerary for safety or weather reasons. Yates & Tours is not responsible for injuries or losses caused by passenger non-compliance with safety rules.
Identification Requirements
A valid ID (cédula or passport) is required for boarding. Foreign nationals must present a copy of their passport. Panamanian citizens and residents must present their cédula.
Minors
Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the activity. Minimum participation age varies by tour.
Weather Conditions
Tours are subject to weather conditions. The captain has the authority to cancel or modify the itinerary if safety is at risk. In case of weather cancellation, rescheduling will be offered at no additional cost. Rain alone is not considered grounds for cancellation.
Liability Disclaimer
Passengers participate voluntarily in activities and agree to follow all safety recommendations. Yates & Tours shall not be liable for unforeseen events, force majeure, natural phenomena, acts of third parties, or the behavior of other participants. Passengers shall not be liable for vessel damage covered by the company's insurance.
Photography & Content
Yates & Tours reserves the right to film and photograph during activities. Material will be used exclusively by the company for promotional purposes (website, social media). If a customer does not wish to appear, they should inform the staff.
